Parent Handbooks

Parent Handbooks are updated as policies change. Written notice is given to parents when these changes are made. Parents are welcome to view/print Parent Handbooks at any time.

Completed Medication forms are required for prescription medications. There is a section that must be completed by your child's physician. Non-prescription medications such as Tylenol Cold or over the counter allergy medication can only be once during an illness. The State of Maryland regulation is as follows:

"Except for topical medications, an operator may administer only one dose of a nonprescription medication to a child per illness unless a licensed heath practioner approves the administration of the nonprescription medication and dosage."

Any questions regarding this policy should be directed to the administration.

Children are admitted without regard to race, religion or national origin. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of $30.00 non-refundable registration fee and security deposit. Security deposits will hold spots for two weeks prior enrollment.

Visiting Our Center

Although we love to show off our center, for safety reasons, it is required that arrangements are made prior to visiting. Once your child is enrolled you are welcome to visit any time.

Required Forms

The State of Maryland requires several forms before any child can be admitted into a approved licensed facility. Various information is required to be updated yearly or as necessary.  Updated immunization records should be sent in after doctor visits when they are received.
